Sucking Noise?

hi my 1.9tdi gal is making a sucking noise from the passanger side dash when driving at arround 2-2500rpm i have replaced the vaccum pipes that go to the turbo and egr but it still does it also i have no pick up at all?

any ideas?

Hi seem to recall an Engine ECU behind the dash with vacuum pipe going to it and then a small pipe inside the unit that perishes

thanks but checked this and it seems fine (the ecu is behind the clocks) it seems to happen at arround 50mph and when trying to accelarate? could it be anything to do with the intercooler pipes?? also could it be a leak from the inlet manifold??

fan speed control has air recirculate switch on which is vac controlled goes to unit behind glovebox

check your intercooler pipes and n75 turbo actuator tho if you can hear a noise at 50 its not a vacuem noise unless its in the car so must be a boost noise as vac noise you wouldnt hear go for turbo pipes make sure there intact etc
